Massage Includes:

With a brief assessment of the client's physical condition, posture, and movement patterns. This assessment might include questions about areas of pain, previous injuries, and any emotional stressors.

Initial: The massage will take place on a massage table with the client clothed in fitness attire (sports bra, leggings/tights or shorts). The therapist will take the massage client through simple breathing techniques with our signature essential oils to bring relaxation and to calm the senses and allow for the deeper work to begin with ease.

Gentle Stretching/Awakening: subtle movements are used to open up the clients muscles to improve flexibility, release joint tension and warm up the body. By awakening the lymphatic system through movement, it will then activate the body's natural detox process allowing for the stagnant fluid causing pain and inflammation to release.

The massage method used will be based upon what the client is needing at the moment.
